4 sets of PE WPC profile making machines have been shipped

24th November 2022 Today we continue to load containers. The 4 sets of PE WPC profile making machines are ordered by Romanian customer.

Wood plastic composite material, WPC is booming in recent years as a new type of composite material. WPC use polyethylene,polypropylene and PVC etc, instead of the usual resin adhesive, mix with more than 35% to 70% of wood powder, rice husk, straw waste plant fiber blend into wooden material, then through extrusion, mould pressing, injection moulding processing put out to board and profile. It mainly used in building materials, furniture, logistics packaging industries.

The WPC profiles obtained nice appearance of solid wood, also the same touching. It’s widely used in: 1) Outdoor project–park flooring, swimming pool decking, outdoor chair, flower boxes,pavilion etc. 2) Yard facility–garden flooring, fencing, log cabin etc. 3) We researched a new item today, injection moulding WPC aterial, which have the characteristic of good liquidity, easy to mold unloading, low price and widely used such as clothes dryer, flower pots, etc. Compared with solid wood, WPC could anti-rot, anti-crack, anti-UV, waterproof, more durable in outdoor life.
