Vacuum forming/with connector plastic corrugated pipe machine was tested in the factory

10th December 2022 Plastic corrugated pipe machine was tested in our factory today.

The corrugated pipe machine adopt the vacuum forming corrugator, it can be used for making flexible pipe with connector/joint.

The compromise joint single wall corrugated pipe machine is  self-developed on the basis of original single wall corrugated pipe machine.The production line adopt special vacuum pumping technology  and specialize in producing PP PE EVA air conditioner inlet/outlet water pipe, washing machine inlet/outlet water pipe, medical Breathing tube, water-smoking  hookah corrugated pipe etc compromise joint single wall corrugated pipe.Compared with blowing molding technology,the machine has features of high production speed, high continuity,easy operation and can promote the production effeciency and save labor cost.
