HDPE double wall corrugated pipe machine

The HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe, in addition to the corrosion resistance, high insulation, smooth inner wall, and low flow resistance characteristics common to ordinary plastic pipes, also exhibits excellent hoop stiffness, good strength and toughness, light weight, strong impact resistance, and resistance to breakage. This is due to its special double-layer hollow ring structure. The underground drainage polyethylene (HDPE) double-wall corrugated pipe is made from high-density polyethylene resin, with the addition of a suitable amount of modifiers, and is manufactured through the extrusion molding process. It is widely used in municipal drainage, sewage pipeline systems, external drainage and sewage pipeline systems of buildings, sewage treatment plant pipeline systems, airport, dock, and high-grade highway drainage pipeline systems, as well as in industries such as chemical engineering and mining for the transportation and discharge of special fluids.

The pipes are connected using a socket-and-spigot joint with a flexible sealing ring.
